This notice applies to consumer health data collected through CounselingWithTycee.com and related public pages by Tycee Belcastro Counseling LLC. It is provided to meet Washington’s My Health My Data Act. It supplements our Privacy Policy. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices for clinical records.
What is consumer health data on this site
Consumer health data includes personal information that identifies you or is reasonably linkable to you and that relates to your past, present, or future mental or physical health status — including that you are seeking or considering counseling — when that information is not exempt as a HIPAA-regulated treatment record or another legal exemption.
Categories collected and purposes

The fact that you requested counseling, a consultation, or a related service.

Technical data tied to that request (for example IP address, device, and pages viewed).
We use this data to reply, to confirm we are licensed where you are located, to arrange a consultation by email or phone, and to keep a limited business record of the inquiry.

You; your browser and device; Wix website forms; email you send us; and, if enabled, Google Analytics in connection with a site visit.
Categories shared and with whom
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We will not collect additional categories of consumer health data, or use it for new purposes, without updating this notice and obtaining any consent the law requires.

How to request: email CounselingWithTycee@protonmail.com with the subject line “Washington health data request.” We may verify your identity. We will respond within the time the law allows. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address and writing “Appeal” in the subject line.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of website inquiry data. Clinical records, if you become a client, are protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable health-privacy law.
