Process Therapy Groups:

Relate: A Process Therapy Group for Adult Women
Relate is more than just a therapy group—it’s a space for connection, healing, and true sisterhood. Here, women come together in a circle of reverence, empathy, honesty, and safety. Many members say the same thing: “I finally feel like I’m not alone.”
The bonds formed in this group are powerful. With my guidance, members bring in personal and relationship challenges they’re ready to explore—and in return, they receive insight, support, and the kind of understanding that only comes from being truly seen. Together, we help light the way forward for each other.

This 60-minute group meets via Zoom every Thursday evening from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM, and is open to women living in Colorado, Washington State, and Oregon.
Transgender women are warmly welcome.
If you’re looking for a space to grow, relate, and heal in community—this could be the group for you.

Allies: A Process Therapy Group for Adult Men
Allies is a space for men who are ready to grow—men who are showing up for themselves and for each other in honest, meaningful ways. This is more than a support group; it’s a brotherhood grounded in self-awareness, accountability, and mutual respect.
With my guidance, members bring individual and relationship challenges into the group and explore them together—offering each other support, perspective, and real talk. These guys are true allies in every sense of the word—creating a space of honesty, sanctuary, and growth.
This 90-minute group meets via Zoom every other Wednesday evening from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and is open to men living in Colorado, Washington State, and Oregon.
Transgender men are warmly welcome.
If you’re looking for a place to dig deep, show up, and connect with others on a similar path—this might be your next step.

Beyond: For survivors of sexual trauma.
~Next Group Starting Soon~
Join us for a transformative group experience, co-led by myself, Tycee Belcastro, M.A., LMFT, CSTIP, and Heather Redding, a trauma-informed Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Certified Yoga Teacher. Together, we create a nurturing space to empower you with the tools and skills to understand the emotional impact of sexual abuse and trauma, work through these challenges to reclaim your life, well-being, and holistic health—emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, and sexually. We gather weekly, ready to support you on your journey toward healing and empowerment.

Write Now: A Process Therapy Group
Write Now is a unique, 6-week, online process therapy group where journaling becomes a powerful tool for healing, insight, and transformation. Each week, you’ll learn a variety of journaling techniques, then come together with others to process what’s surfaced—sharing, reflecting, and growing in real time.
In our first 6-week block, we focus on creating Internal Safety, Building Community (or as I like to call it—Common-Unity), and Noticing—tuning into the subtle, often overlooked parts of our inner world.
In the next block, we begin gently peeling back the Layers of the Onion. (Yes, we’re all a little onion-y!) Why does that matter? Because the deeper your awareness of what makes you you, the more personal power you gain. Each layer you meet is a step toward wholeness—opening the door to emotional health, clearer direction, and the ability to create the kind of life and connections your heart truly longs for.
Come write, reflect, and grow with us. This is where your story begins to shift.

Write and Burn Gatherings
Four times a year, I host a special Online Write and Burn gathering—an invitation-only, no-fee event for clients who are navigating life transitions, processing endings, working through anger, or simply needing a space to release and reset.
During these gatherings, I guide you through intentional writing exercises designed to help clarify emotions, surface insights, and support your healing. Then, in a safe and supportive circle, we share (if we choose to), and release our writing into the fire—a powerful ritual of letting go, being witnessed, and committing to change.
It’s cathartic. It’s connective. And it’s always meaningful.
